I love photographing families! I want to laugh with you and capture authentic moments.
During a family session with me, I'm not afraid to get a little silly, and be a little weird. This brings out the best, real smiles.
I use natural light primarily, and I love to create a gallery for you that is a combination of posed photos and unposed realness. In my experience, this is the best way to help my clients warm up to being in front of a camera! I believe the best family photos are created when we can relax and enjoy the moment. So don't stress over the small stuff. Life is complicated and messy, and there's beauty in the chaos. Don't worry about holding the perfect smile. Let your kids run a little wild and I'll capture them exactly as they are! I want to make memories, and capture them for you to treasure forever.

Our newborn sessions are relaxed and unwrapped, focusing on natural poses that keep your baby safe, cozy, and content. Schedule your session for when your baby is between 6 days and 2 months old.
We offer fun and messy cake smash photos, as well as food-free birthday photos for all ages. Whether it’s your baby’s first birthday or your big kid’s next milestone, we’ll help you celebrate!

Photo Selection & Delivery
Images from family sessions are delivered as a link to an online gallery via email. I deliver photos from family sessions within 2 weeks from the session date.
My prices are set to include all of the successful images from your session. Some photographers provide a set number of photos, and then upsell the remaining images. This is a perfectly fine way of doing things, but not a good match for my business style. However this does mean that I incorporate the cost of my labor of culling, editing, and digitally hosting your images into the set price. The benefit is that there are no surprises or hidden fees. The price is the price, and you never have to choose only a few images from your gallery. You can have them all!
How to Get the Best from Your Family
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.
Every family is different, and so every family session will be different. Don't obsess over tiny details or forcing perfect smiles.
Let your kids be kids.
Sometimes the best photos come when kids are running wild! Don’t waste your time asking them to say cheese. Just get in there and play! I'll do the rest.
Ask for styling help.
I’m here to help. I've been doing this a long time, and I know what works! I even have a handy style guide if you need it.
