Policies

Deposits
All deposits and session fees are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Credits must be used within 90 days of your original session date; after that, all funds are forfeited.

Photo Galleries
Every session includes all of your successful images from your session, fully edited in my style, and delivered in an online gallery. Our studio determines which images are considered successful, and that decision is ours exclusively. We do not share RAW images or unedited images, no exceptions.

Turnaround Time
Final edited galleries are delivered within 4 weeks after your session. If you need your photos sooner, I sometimes offer rush editing for an additional fee. Just let me know!

Retouching & Editing
All images are lightly retouched for cropping, color styling, and clarity. More detailed hand-editing (such as blemish removal, body shaping, or background adjustments) is available upon request for an extra fee, usually between €5 and €45 per photo depending on complexity.​

On-Location Sessions
Most of my work is done on-location. This can be in your home, at a park, or anywhere that feels meaningful to you. This allows me to capture real connections and natural light in authentic spaces. I can help you choose a location based on the vibe you want to go for!

Tardiness & No-Shows
Please be on time for your session. If we start late due to tardiness, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No-shows or extreme lateness may result in forfeiting your session fee. Please communicate if you are running late. I do not stay at a location for more than 15 minutes without any communication.
